Project: Cinema's Return: Landing Site for the Film Industry
  • Before my time at Hyper Island, I embarked on an exciting journey to build a website for a prominent client in collaboration with Universal Studios. Tasked with creating a landing site for the Swedish film industry, the project aimed to herald the triumphant return of cinema following the global pandemic's impact on real-life experiences. The challenge lay in capturing the essence of cinema as a unique form of art that connects individuals through shared emotions and human experiences.

  • Given the task of replicating a mockup design, my approach embraced meticulous attention to detail. Leveraging web-building services, I brought to life the intricately designed components of the website. The centerpiece was a poignant 'cinema love letter' video that encapsulated the emotional journey cinema brings to its audiences. Additionally, I showcased upcoming cinema releases, thoughtfully organized by their respective months. This arrangement aimed to offer a convenient and enticing glimpse into the cinematic experiences awaiting the audience.
